How we handle your data

This app is used by staff of MoMo Ghar (operated by ROYAL TEDI AS, org. nr. 935 705 312) to record working hours.

What we collect

  • Your name and work email.
  • The time you check in and check out.
  • Your GPS coordinates at the moment you check in or out (a single point, not continuous tracking).
  • A photo (selfie) at check-in only.

Why we collect it

To keep accurate timekeeping records for payroll and to comply with Norwegian labor law.

How long we keep it

  • Attendance and GPS records: 13 months, then anonymized.
  • Selfies: 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask the manager to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may also contact Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority) if you are not satisfied.
